Vin smiled a little at Vien's soft laugh and squeezed back.

Vien continued walking, humming a bit as he did so. He ran his free hand through his hair, which was still rather messy
(rolls eyes)
Vin shook his head randomly and mumbled, "No." Then straightened up.
(I mean I guess I could just be basic and make box cakes to decorate or something)
Vien frowned a bit in confusion when Vin did so. "You okay?" he asked
(xD Oh by the way I won't be on tomorrow until 5 pm)
"Yeah, I'm fine." Vin replied smoothly.

"Are you…sure?" Vien asked slowly
"Yeah. That happens often. It's nothing."
"Is it like a zoning out sort of thing?" Vien asked
"Yeah. I've done it ever since my cousin died." He shrugged, even though it meant a lot.
"I'm…I'm sorry to hear that," Vien said, frowning softly now
"That's alright." He shrugged again and squeezed his hand. "I don't wanna make you upset."
"You shouldn't have to worry about making me upset," Vien soothed
"I do anyway," Vin grunted stubbornly, smiling softly at the other.
"Well, you shouldn't," Vien insisted. "As long as there's no roaring flames or me forgetting my medication involved, just assume I'm alright."

"I will do that." Vin responded, promising himself he won't.

Vien gave Vin a reassuring smile and squeezed his hand before leaning over and kissing his cheek
(marching band is
hell)
Vin grinned a little and looked around. "We're in public…" He didn't seem to care though.
(oh shit. I've never been in marching band bc I've always been in small schools, but I've been in normal band?)
"Who cares, I'm gay and proud," Vien chuckled before kissing Vin's cheek yet again
(it's like. help. please. and it was sooooo HOOOOOTT that was the worst part. sweat mmmm nope.)
Vin grinned and pecked him back. "Let's continue walking."
(ouch lmao. my fingers just hurt from the guitar lol)
"Yeah, yeah. I can walk and be gay at the same time," Vien chuckled
"You might fall. Falling is not fun." Vin grinned.
"Well, I've already fallen for you, and that's been rather fun so far," Vien joked, still grinning as he did so
Vin turned red in the ears and waved his free hand, not responding.
Vien laughed at that. "Oh my god, you're such a dork," he chuckled, nudging Vin's side playfully with his arm
"Well if you mean it, it's a good response. You should be honored."
"I am, thank you," Vien chuckled. "I'm certainly honored to be dating someone as nice as you."
"Really? I'm not nice." He paused. "Okay, maybe nicer than some, but no."
"Compared to my previous relationships, you're a saint," Vien assured him with a smile
"If you're sure, thanks." He smiled back.
"I'm absolutely, positively sure," Vien said, giving him a small smile and squeezing his hand
