Brink shook his head "never my cat," he winked and walked off to finish breakfast
¨You Just did¨ she shouted.
Brink laughed softly and headed back to the kitchen. He found jas watchfng over the waffles that were being made as well as Jack's rocking Victoria in her arms. "Hey, how's the kitten?" Brink asked, walking over and giving his sister a hug while looking over her shoulder at the baby
Vanessa slowly got out of bed hissing in pain she walked out into the living space where everyone was Her hair was nicley combed for someone who just got out of bed and her shirt was wrinkled up so that it showed her stomach and she was wearing short shorts that showed her thighs nicely.
Brink had just finished making breakfast while Jacks was playing with Jester and the baby in the living room "look who finally awoke from her cat nap." Brink teased, handing her a plate of food and kissing her cheek
¨I´m hurt´ she said.
"and I'm crazy, your point?" He teased with a smile, heading to the living room
She rolled her eyes.
He grabbed another are of food as well as the baby bottle and sat on the ground in front of the couch as he watched Jes play. He held out another plate to him 0ready for breakfast or still not yet?" Jes ran over and sat next to brink, takingfg the plate and munching on his waffles happily
Vanessa laid on the couch closing her eyes wincing at the pain in her ribs
Brink reached behind him to take Vanessa's hand. He cradled Victoria in his arm and smiled down at her as well as Jester
Vanessa squeezed his hand with a small smile closing her eyes
"Daddy, is mommy okay?" Jes asked, curling besides his mother. "She's just tired Jes, don't worry. soon she'll be okay." he glanced back at Vanessa and smiled faintly "let mommy have her cat nap, you know how she gets when she hasn't had her rest." he winked teasingly at the child
Vanessa punched his shoulder gently " jerk" she said.
Brink chuckled softly "you only say that because you know I'm right," he retorted, glancing back at her, eyes sparkling bright green. He turned back to Jes and shook his head mouthing "Don't bother her, she gets mad…" he made circles around his head to indicate she was crazy and pointed not-so-secretly at Vanessa.. Jester laughed and nodded, peeking at vanessa before nodding in agreement
She rolled her eyes and turned away with a puff
Jester smiled and scampered away to join Jacklynn for breakfast. "you get your kitty up while I feed this one, she told brink, taking victoria and the bottle and heading for the kitchen. Brink scooted up on the couch, moving Vanessa's legs so that they were on his lap. "what's wrong my kitty cat?" he murmured softly, gently stroking he hair back away from her face
" you " she said with a pout
“Me?” He squeaked, feigning hurt, “but I didn’t do anything.” He grinned sweetly and lied on top of Vanessa
" ow ow ow" Vanessa said hissing in pain
Brink eased off of her and flinched “sorry kitty cat.” He looked down at Vanessa’s in concern before shifting her on top of him with care. “You poor thing, all drugged up and hurting,” he murmured, stroking her hair and tucking her underneath his chin
She groaned " thats what happens when poison ivys son comes in your window and snaps your neck
Brink shut his eyes right and controlled his breathing before simply nodding. He would kill him, for causing his kitty cat so much pain.
" I know what your thinking but please right now…just hold me" she pleaded
“And what M I think by beautiful cat?” He murmured, voice barely a whisper. He stroked her hair and trailed his hand along her back before returning to her head and doing it again
" that your gonna kill Samuel for causing your kitty so much pain" sge said closing her eyes with a sigh
"That and he's been having it coming for years now…" he grumbled with a grin. He scooted up so that he was sitting back against the arm of the chair "Can you shift? it'll be easier to carry you."
" no leave me here" she whined
"Love, you need to eat." he argues gently. "I'll carry you, you just need to shift."
