Gwen's mouth gaped open in shock. "Zanna?! But…but how? When? What…." Gwen shook her head.
Black stands as he focuses. He breathes, in. Out. In. Out. "Okay. Teach me to soar." He says softly.
Zanna laughs, "I'm the new red paladin. I'm a vrecking paladin of Voltron. I love ya Red!"
He blinks. He can see through both eyes. He smiles, seeing through her eyes, "Beautiful…" he whispers. "Alright. We can do this." He says softly.

Gwen rubbed her head. "Okay…that explains where you went, but where's Alex?"
"I think he's in Black," Zanna responded. She spoke to Red, "Let's do this!"

She shook her head. "Great, both of you are paladins. I guess I'll just be the mechanic…"
Black sends a comforting hum towards him before he nods, shooting out into the air. He gives a whoop of excitement before settling down, shutting his eyes and letting Black lead him.
Zanna and Red shot out. Zanna let Red lead her, but she controlled the speed. Zanna pushed the speed to maximum. She let out a gleeful shout.
They were one. He had a say, she had a say, and they shared the same mind. He smiles, he hasn't seen from his other eye in years. He gives a happy whoop of excitement.

Gwen kicked at the ground as both the lions began flying around. "Well…I guess I'll be inside if you need me…" She mumbled, heading back for the entrance.
Zanna zoomed around, her adrenaline rushing. This is amazing!
Alex smiles as he flies. He chuckles, watching the other fly the red lion. He pats her dashboard. "You're beautiful." he mutters, looking around the lion.
Zanna turned on her comms to the other lion, "Isn't this amazing Alex!?"
He nods, "Yeah, she's incredible…" he breaths, smiling at the other.
Zanna was beaming, this was the most carefree she had felt in years, "I think we left Gwen."
He chuckles and nods, "Let's go back, eh?" he asks, chuckling a bit.
"Yeah," Zanna laughed along. Her heart still pounding from flying around in Red.
He zooms towards the ground, Black purring as he stands, running his hand over the dashboard. "I'll be back soon." he says softly.
Zanna flew down and landed. She hugged the pilots chair as she left Red purring in her mind, "Thank you for choosing me."
She ran out of the lion.
Alex hesitates as he leaves the lion. He sees Shiro and the others waiting for him and Zanna.
"Are we in trouble?" Zanna asked the moment she was out.
Shiro shakes his head, smiling a bit. "Far from it… except that I told you to wait." he says, shaking his head.
"Thank goodness," Zanna sighed. She looked back at Red, before turning her full attention to Shiro and the paladins.
"Keith, Zanna will undergo training with you. Alex, you'll be training with me." He pulls something off his belt, "You might need these." He holds up the black bayard.
Zanna waved to the old Red paladin, "Hi."
Keith walks towards her, holding out the red bayard. "I believe this belongs to you now." He says softly.
Zanna took the bayard. She looked him in the eyes and said, "I'm sorry for taking Red from you."
He smiles a bit, "It was going to happen sooner or later. You remind me a bit of… well… me." Keith laughs a little.
Zanna smiles at him. She was glad he wasn't mad at her, "I can see that."
