Elise looked around and picked up a broken wire from the ground. She twisted it around her finger in a ring shape and handed it over. "There you go."
Havenwood blinked at it. “No! I’ll get you a real ring!”
She shrugged. "Okay then." She grinned at him. "And how are you going to get a real ring?"
“I can ask around. Heph might make a couple for us.”
Elise snorted. "You do that, then."
“Just because you intruded in Heph’s smithy doesn’t mean I did.”
"I didn't intrude…" She sighs and smiles softly. "Alright." She balances Thelisi on her leg.
“Yes you did. You intruded and melted half of my silverware.”
Elise rolls her eyes. "Okay, well, maybe I did. But again, the silverware was actually silver."
“I could’ve gotten you silver ingots, Elise!”
Elise sighs. "Yes, but the silverware was right there." She looked guiltily at him. "Sorry for all that."
Havenwood chuckled and booped her nose. “No worries.”
She grinned. "Good."
Havenwood looked down at his smol, grinning. He reached over and booped his smol nose.
“He has your nose.”
Elise rolled her eyes. "Amazing, isn't it?"
“Yes, it is. He’s actually our child… it’s so cool…”
"I know." She smiled and rested her forehead against his.
Havenwood put his hands on her neck. On the contrary to her’s, his was warm and soothing.
She grinned at the touch, leaned in, and kissed him.
Havenwood shut his eyes and kissed her back gently. Thelisi fell back onto their connected chests, giggling.
Elise grinned into the kiss, holding Thelisi.
Havenwood moved his hands up to her face, stroking her cheek gently.
Elise sighed happily, wrapping her arms around his neck.
Havenwood rubbed their noses together happily, grinning.
She grinned back, beaming at him. "You've done so much," She whispered.
Havenwood raised an eyebrow. “Have I?”
"Of course you have, dummy." She raised an eyebrow too, mocking him playfully.
Havenwood put a finger on her eyebrow. “Stop doing that!” He exclaimed softly through laughs.
She lowered her eyebrows, laughing softly with him.
Havenwood sighed gently and set his head onto her shoulder.
