Thelisi fell asleep in Athena's arms and didn't take too kindly to being set down. He woke up a little and started genuinely crying softly.
Athena sighed and sat down in the armrest, cradling the child.
Thelisi snuggled into Athena, shutting his vivid green eyes again. A few moments more he was back to sleep.
Athena was getting to be rather tired too, and dozed off with Thelisi.

Athena blinked awake the next morning, peering down at the still-sleeping child in her lap.
Thelisi snored gently in her lap. Occasionally he giggled.
"Weirdo." Athena mumbled.
Thelisi curled up into the warmth of her neck, snoozing like a smol would.
Athena stood and walked to the cradle, placing the sleeping smol into it and heading towards the kithen.
Thelisi stirred as soon as he hit the cold surface of the matress and started crying for Athena gently.
Athena sighed and, after getting a bagel, came back to reassure the child.
Thelisi sleepily opened his eyes and reached up for the Goddess. “Athe…!”
"That's right. I'm here." Athena picked up the smol gently.
Thelisi sniffled a little and snuggled back into her neck with little hums of fretfulness.
Athena walked back the kitchen and began making breakfast.
The sleeping smol in her arms made it rather hard, but he was warm and squishy. It’s a good deal.
She set him down on a warm blanket and began to eat.
Thelisi sat up slowly, crying Athena’s new nickname softly, reaching for her food. “Hungy!”
"Not this." Athena drew her food away, standing and putting on some shoes. "Home it is, then."
“Huuungyyyyy Athe!! Hungy!” Thelisi cried from his spot.
"I know. Hang on, little man." Athena picked Thelisi up and headed for Havenwood's cottage.
“Hungyyyyy!” Thelisi cried the whole way, wiggling the best the smol could.
Athena knocked on the door, cradling the child.
“Hungyyyyyy!”
Havenwood raised his head from their room. “Ah, Elise, are you up?”
Elise, who had been up for pretty much the whole night, rose. "I'll bet it's Athena." She opened the door.
Athena smiled at her. "He was hungry."
Elise smiled back and took Thelisi from her. "Thank you so much."
Athena nodded and turned on her heel. Elise shut the door and walked back to their room.
