"Put that thing down! I didn't do anything worthy of death by projectile object!" Scale scrambled to get out of the range of fire

(the Group consisting of Amber, Uriah, Arrelum,Tessa,and Seafra(At least I think) Are going into the city and are traveling through the market place, Scale tried stealing from amber but failed and then she ended up tripping and falling into the group and now we're here)

Uriah stared at Scale. "It's a dragon…"

"A damn clumsy dragon at that!" Arrelum exclaimed. "Would it hurt you to be a little better on your feet?" they asked.

Scale glared at the boy, "How did you…" She looked down and realized in her panic she had lost hold on her human form and her scales were beginning to show through her skin, "Drat, I hate it when people find out what I am, It's not very nice to just shout out peoples Species you know." Scale growled

"I didn't shout. And to be fair, I could totally tell before that."

"Well sorry if I'm not used to people who can see through my Human form, It's not the most common skill around here." Scale Replied

"Eh my Godmom taught me to when I was younger so I could spot them trying to steal stuff."

"Catch what stealing stuff? Aren't Many Dragons round these parts who steal,or at all. The majority of Pickpockets around here are of lower species." Scale questioned

Uriah shrugged. "I dunno my Godmom was concerned so I was."

"Stinking parental figures and there completely logical worries, This is what one gets for getting kicked out of the nest." Scale mumbled more to herself then the teen

"What's such an odd group doing around here any way, I'm sorry but we don't get Neko's and Evil- I mean Elves around here often, much less with two humans in tow." Scale finally regained her footing and arranged her cape to cover her scythe

Tessa sighed and put her bow back. "I don't understand, why are elves so bad? What did we ever do?" She asked angrily.

"Well you did smash a few Dragon nests back in the day, my species doesn't forgive easy so." Scale shrugged

"Also you're well known for…..assault…."

"See the weird Boy agree's with me." Scale Commented

"Thanks for that." Uriah nodded.

"Is there anything wrong with Nekos?"

"Not to my knowledge, We dragons are quite fond of cats so we're like ok with Neko's" Scale reassured The Girl

"Well thats, good, I think…" Amber laughed.

"Are water sprites alright?" Arrelum asked, looking genuinely worried that they might not."I mean, we're always up for occasional mischief, but it can't be that bad."

Tessa's mood darkened. "Well if we're that bad then I should probably go. I don't want to cause trouble for you guys and you probably hate me for being here." She mumbled quietly before turning to walk away.

"No don't leave!" Uriah grabbed her arm. "You haven't tasted my Godmoms stew yet. And if you haven't tasted that you're an unfortunate soul."

"But you all hate me." She protested as she unhooked her arm.

"No we don't. I'm sorry if it seems like we do."

"Oi, Tess! No one said we didnt want you here! Besides, no one said anything against you. You've never left the forest, what could you have done to us?" Arrelum asked. "Besides, elves are always fun to be around. Unless you get on their bad sides." they frowned. "Like if you dump two buckets worth of water on their heads. Then they're not pleasant to be around."

Uriah giggled. "How would you know that?"
