(lol i love how Cass like lowkey disassociates at the mention of his dead wife and they lowkey disassociate at the mention of sleepovers XDD)
Cass snaps out of his thoughts, taking in a deep breath. His chest felt heavy now that his mind was on her. Though now he tries desperately for his mind to be off of her so he can actually function.
"yeah lets go. Its this way" he says motioning north.
(if you dont mind, im gonna skip to when they get there. if you do have a problem, tell me and ill gladly change it :)
After a while of walking down a dirt road, they arrive at this open field with a two story stone house with vines and foliage. The stones a beige off white color, dark wooden roof and the beams showing on the outside of the house.
Wooden cracked window frames, the panes have a dusty look to it as well. As if it hadnt been touched in years. Though its basically stained so even though the two of them have worked very hard to keep their house clean.
Ophelia smiles, letting go of Cass's hand and running into the field.
"Look! Our flowers!" She exclaims, turning back to the girls then pointing to the rows of roses, tulips and peonies. "dad and i planted them together!"
Cass turns to them "sorry" he says with a small chuckle.
Both of their eyes widened when they reached the house. Even with the less maintained-looking parts, it looked much nicer than anything either of them have lived in before.
Lyn was quick to compliment. “Oh, this is really nice.” Her eyes went to the flower garden, then to Ophelia. “They’re beautiful!” She said, smiling at her.
Josefine’s mouth was slightly open ”Droga…” she turned to Cassius. ”Obrigada, o senhor,” she said, even though he probably had no idea what it meant.
