I walked towards the huge oak, we had t gone far so it only took a minute to reach it.

Lupus trotted after them, still carrying his rabbit and holding his head high so it wouldn't drag along the ground.

Riverpaw walked up next to Sofie, peering cautiously into the tree.

“I wonder if something else lives here. We’ve been gone awhile.” I peered in and sniffed.

I caught a strange scent, but nothing was inside the tree. It was completely empty. (Guys, did I explain that Sofie broke her necklace? Cause if not I should explain that.)

Riverpaw took a few steps forward, staying behind Sofie.

(Just a little backstory… Sofie got her necklace from a snake named Coral. At first, the necklace helped her control her powers, but then it started to limit her. And because a few events happened, she broke it. Coral said it was invincible, but apparently not ;-; There’s a little more to it, but it’s weird so….. anyways….) “There’s nothing inside, let’s go. It’s big enough for the three of us.”

"O-okay…" Riverpaw followed Sofie, still looking around just in case.

I entered the tree and plopped down with a yawn. I rested my head on my paws and pretended to sleep.

Riverpaw sniffed around the tree, shaking away a bit of the grass that was growing, then looked over at Sofie. She approached slowly, tilting her head a bit.

I closed my eyes tighter, waiting for the other to join me in the tree. When no one entered I looked up at Riverpaw.

"…Hi." Riverpaw smiled slightly and moved back. "U-um…do you mind i-if I…r-rest with you?"

I smiled back at Riverpaw. “I waiting for you to ask! Come on Lupus, crawl in.”

Lupus crawled in as instructed and curled up beside Sofie, nestling himself in her thick fur and quickly falling asleep.

I tucked my tail in and shifted to get more comfortable. The tree was a little stuffy with three wolves inside of it.
