After a few minutes of walking, we made it to the hollow tree.

Riverpaw stopped a few from Sofie, lookibg up at the larger tree. "Y-you live in there?" She asked.

(It’s spelled Sofie :p ) “I-I don’t live here… but I’m staying here.” I glanced at my paws which were dusty.

"Okay, r-right." Riverpaw's stomach suddenly growled quite loudly, and she put a paw there, looking away in embarrassment. "S-sorry…"

I laughed, “Let’s get you some food.”

Riverpaw nodded and followed Sofie, already sniffing around for a prey scent.
Lupus had already gone off hunting, having grown tired of the conversation. He ended up bumping into Sofie and Riverpaw with a rabbit in his jaws.

The smell of the rabbit hit Riverpaw, and her tail wagged slowly as her stomach growled again.

“O-oh. There you go.” I turned my head. I suddenly started to feel sick.

Riverpaw looked at her in concern. "A-are you okay?"

“U-u-uh, yeah. I’m fine.”

“I just feel a little hot…”

Riverpaw looked at the dead rabbit, then back at Sofie. "U-um…c-can I try something?"

I glanced at Lupus.

Riverpaw sat in front of Sofie, putting her paws up in front of her. "Can..c-can you, uh, s-sit down for a second, p-please?"

I started to feel a little more hot as I sat down, wondering what Riverpaw was going to do.

"O-okay…I'm still w-working on this, so please tell me if it doesn't…f-feel right." She put her paws together, a small green hue surrounding them, then she scooted forward a little more, reaching out to Sofie.

I flinched a little, yet I knew this feeling. My eyes widened. She’s trying to heal me…

Riverpaw closed her eyes and took a deep breath. She placed her paws on Sofie's chest. "I-is this okay?"

“Yes.”

"Okay…" Riverpaw focused for a moment, and she could sense the spot that was causing Sofie's discomfort. She put a little pressure there, feeling the heat dissipate.

I didn’t feel sick anymore, but I still felt something in my heart. I knew it was a feeling, but I couldn’t put my paw on it.
