Fire Manipulation + Minor shapeshifting
- Every time he uses fire magic, he transforms into his half-dragon form. This is a painless transformation. He can also transform on command, but he must be in the half-dragon form to use magic.
- Half-dragon form boosts his physicality immensely. He is immune to blades in this form because his skin hardens upon impact.
- Before the dragon's spirit was expelled from him, experiencing intense negative emotions would drive him into a mindless rampage until he has either spent all his power or he is knocked unconscious. These rampages were also the only times when he used the dragon's power.
- Post-expulsion, he essentially lost the ability to cast long-range fire magic because of how quickly the magic peters out the farther it travels from him. The only way to counteract this is by firing highly concentrated spells that take up large chunks of his ether every time he uses one.
