she's got trust issues, she's very nervous and anxious bean, she doesn't understand the concepts of friendship or people who care about you. She doesn't like hurting people but if you get to close she will defend herself on instinct of being both touch starved and hating being touched.
She’s an extroverted introvert; likes people but dosent always like talking. She's got street smarts but not book smarts, shes got the ability to learn fast, but she doesn't really know anything since she was locked away
Although her time in captivity has made her very sheltered and clueless, she learns quickly and is decently bodily and spatially intelligent

She was kidnapped when she was 4, so her level of education is nonexistent

Jasper was originally born as a normal Shadow. However, she and her brother Samuel were both kidnapped by a joint organization between a group of Shadows and a few Angel businessmen. Samuel was given back due to being considered a failure, but when Jasper was born and observed, she was deemed a better specimen. She was four years old when she was kidnapped and never returned, leaving her family to assume she was either dead or never coming back. The organization’s scientists tortured and experimented on Jasper, which led to her developing both Oracle abilities and additional supernatural anomalies. Psychologically this left her to believe there was no hope and only pain. The only times where she felt any sort of relief or happiness was when she met Ski, who, unbeknownst of Jas’s circumstances, would talk and play with her and teach her things about the world. But, one day, Ski didn’t visit, and she didn’t come back. Thus Jasper’s abandonment trauma was only reinforced. The organization that kidnapped her plans to sell and use her blood as a supernatural ability enhancer, though its properties and effects still need to be tested.

Due to experimentation:
okay so basically her blood is black as tar and is kind of like tar, and she can take it, it is like a poison so she can force it into an open wound through the mouth and poison people
but she can also use the tar as like a defense mechanism. like it could turn sharp and cut things and fight like in parasite save for it wouldn't be a parasite controlling it it's her.
she would have to have an open wound to use it tho, she usually forces open her scars to use it. when it becomes sharp it breaks through her skin when it does that it cause her pain. she can use it out of her mouth, but she almost never does bc its uncomformtable and she hates the taste it leaves.
She has to touch an open wound to effect them with poison yeah it cant just touch bare skin, it sticks but it dosent poison them, it has to be in the blood stream to feed on the nutrients sand then poison them. It has a attack mode but it makes her tired more quickly when it does that. If it gets into the human body through the mouth it won't be as affective, because it needs the nutrients in the blood system to truly be deadly. So you have a chance to isolate the poison.
It can poison people when it has access to there blood system and is able to get into the human body. All she has to do is has a cut or an open wound and she can use it but if it's tiny it can't work as well. It is able to move fast and agile to defend against attacks, become sharp like a great sword.
