She always lived in Novathres as a normal human. This was while the Circuits were small and only owned Novathres, before they overtook the south side of the West. Cyrille lived in a very small town called Stredpus, although she was on the lower class side she had a good life and at the age of 15 she started studying/training to become a "police officer."

When she was 17 and finally got to her goal after years, the Circuits had already taken over Descent and created technology to the point where normal people couldn't defend anymore. Technology was growing, taking over, and they needed enhanced humans. Cyrille decided she still wanted to become an officer of the state and do good for her small little town and took the bait.

When she was 18, she traveled to Novathres' capital city, Mournstead, and got herself cybernetic enhancements in her eyes, arms, and legs. The bare minimum. She was initiated as a Cyborg of the State and had to move to Descent to do her work. She became close with the government (and Ivan) and has found out about the horrible doings of The Circuits. Ever since, she's been trying to take them down from the inside, working as a double agent in ways.
