Ahmeloh is an ancient being who was the Priestess of Lotea many generations ago. She had firsthand experience with the demi god and her life, which was unfortunately cut short during her prime. After the event, Ahmeloh was rendered blind, though she gain another sense that allowed her to see other things as well as gain some heightened senses. She also became cursed as a part of Lotea lives in her and gives her an unnatural longevity. The others who escaped the aftermath of Lotea’s death along with her revere her as an otherworldly being and have isolated her in an old catacomb where she lives out her existence.
The only other way Ahmeloh can "see" is through her connections through the various mycelium structures that have crept around wherever they could flourish. The fruiting bodies that grow in her space release spores that when breathed in allow her to glean a mental map of wherever the roots touch.

Horns coming out of her head, claw marks on eyelids and cut up ears.

Varying shades of grey as not only is she continually aging, but also losing hair at her extremities.

Often stares in specific directions as if in a daze. Occasionally mumbles something incoherent.

She perceives anyone who is a follower of Jioni to be a threat and treats them harshly.

Even thought she's blind, she has a magical sight that detects other's souls.

She mostly just reminisces on her past life before she became blinded.

She also meditates in what looks to be a 'fairy ring', where she often sits long enough at times that she can become covered mycelium and spores. It appears that she seems to communicate with them in some way.

Melancholy and resentful to those around her.

She is blind from the event that ended Lotea's life and once tried to claw her eyes out due to the pain. She also suffers from arthritis, hair loss, cutaneous horns, and poor nutrition.

Technically, Chosen of the Betrayed however, it is not the same as what the modern day cultists follow, as the religion changed after Lotea's death.
