Was abandoned by his parents as soon as they discovered his abilities, at the age of 7. They ran and dumped him at the edge of the kingdom, leaving him alone. The current Matriarch of the Banished found him and took care of him. He was well established in the group by the time his current group started to show up. He learned everything he could about his abilities and started to use them to defend himself all the time, shifting his appearance to keep his appearance secret all the time.
