At a younger age, he was often mistaken for slenderman by drunk people roaming the streets at night. Currently, the resemblance has been lessened due to his long hair and increased weight. But his golden eyes, pale skin and dark clothing are still kinda creepy in dim light.

(getting way to close to people upon just meeting them, giving them compliments), Sits back like a typical exasperated villain frustrated with the dumbassery of his minions, twirls his cane around while boasting, likes to play with his 'dates' hair, always takes time to do an interview.

Pride: He is too cocky, resulting in him overestimating himself which often means he has to be saved by someone else but he will never (verbally) acknowledge they helped him.
He also doesn't place much value on other people and has no trouble sacrificing others for his personal gain.
Overestimating himself also plays into his habit of severely underestimating new threats or ones ability to beat him up.

Everyone is stupid. Of course, he draws this conclusion by comparing others to himself and concluding he's the only one capable of playing five games of multiple-dimensional-chess and winning while discovering the equation for string theories.
He also tends to treat Missy like the little girl he was babysitting, forgetting that she's basically a grown woman capable of breaking his arm (which she has already done).

When going out he often flirts with a variety of people for the sake of it with no real goal in mind, he just likes the idea of being able to non-aggressively influence someone's mood.

He's confident in his own skills and attractiveness, very charismatic, but ruthless when it comes to achieving his goals.
He also very much likes being the centre of attention.
When talking business to someone or discussing something he's often passive aggressive and sarcastic but makes sure to throw in just enough positivity to keep business partners from hating him.
However, when flirting he always diverts the conversation away from himself and instead shows genuine interst in whoever he's talking to. He also makes sure to avoid being 'that guy' who doesn't know when to quit

the accuracy of his teleportation varies depending on how well he knows the location he's teleporting to and the relative distance. He's more likely to end up where he wants to if he knows the place well and it's close by than somewhere he's only heard of.
For some reason, he's also unable to teleport into or out of rooms lined by thin sheets of lead unless there's a window or an open door.
Manipulation is mostly impractical because he needs to be close enough to take control over someone or have the time to talk. In a big battle, there's nearly never time for that.

-teleportation: he takes shortcuts through other dimensions with a currently known radius of at least 10 miles. (similar rules to Fae step in DnD except for the range)
-he can either put thoughts in someone's head by talking or sway their opinion. he can't make someone change their view of something completely.
- When looking someone directly in the eye from a maximum of two armlengths distance he can put them in a trans-like state for 30 minutes during which he can order them to do pretty much anything he wants to. However, these orders have to be very clear since the person is unable to figure out what he means exactly for themselves.
*Example:
"Get the cheese" might result in the person getting the cheese out of the fridge at their home where it had been stored, after which they'll just keep standing in front of an open fridge with the cheese in their hands.
"Bring me the cheese in my fridge and make sure to close the fridge." will be much closer to the desired result. *

Well, taking over the world is an occupation on its own but it doesn't pay very well at the moment. so I run a few major companies in the field of technological advancement.

I don't really have a favorite, but I kinda like emerald green I guess.

He still likes to tease Missy with her claim she would marry him when she was grown up, she made the claim at the age of 6.

Mista Ó Cathain (Ó Kane) : He still very much sees her as the little girl he had to babysit and will never take her completely serious in a one on one fight. Rather than being wary of her combat ability, which is actually pretty low, he's more careful of her ability to genuinely befriend someone.

Degrees in programming, maths and engineering with a major in robots and artificial intelligence.

Harold was born to a reasonably rich family as an only child. Though his parents were rarely home for long or at the same time, they both spoiled him with everything he wanted and were very strict with their expectations of him. They always expected him to have high grades in every subject at school no matter whether it was arts, PE or physics.
He skipped several classes in primary school and finished the first three years of middle school in half the time. During his childhood, he spent most of his time at the neighbours' house (Missy's family) and often looked after the two girls when their parents went out. Babysitting to him meant to mostly just be in the same house and interfere before the kids get hurt but don't really do anything otherwise.
Though he was good at things like math, physics, chemistry (so much that he was considered a genius early on in his life) and could often talk his way to a good grade with the artistic subjects he loathed PE and never got much better than average on it. The sole exception to this was an 8 (out of 10) for a five km run which he finished as one of the first five. This was due to the fact that he had convinced the school's cleaner to drive him partway with the scooter. the PE teacher likely had a suspicion of this but figured it would be too much effort to make a point out of it.
He later went to do a double bachelor at university in programming and mathematics, followed by a master on robots and artificial intelligence and then went on to study engineering.

He got his powers at the age of 16 and went right to work on a plan to take over the world, which he activated at the age of 20 after finishing his studies. Although he was rather successful in executing his plans, Missy managed to trap him with her in a dimension out of time when he was 24
