She, on herself, is completely unremarkable in appearance. She might, however, draw attention by screaming loudly and dropkicking people when angry.

black, functional short pants (with large pockets) + A slightly torn black and red poncho (If it's already torn damaging it more won't matter) + either a longsleeved or short sleeved black stretch shirt + a red and black simplified Venetian mask + black sneakers.

New costume:
full-length skinny-jeans-style light grey pants made of a light, breathable fabric that is fire and tear resistant + longsleeved black shirt of similar material + a poncho-style black woollen coat (fireproof treatment, optional hoodie) with light grey belt + a simple full face white mask with bright red eyes+ practical flat black shoes

Work outfit:
leather black shoes +custom-made black suit with red tie and accents (work outfit)

she often listens quietly to the conversations of others with great fascination, rarely interrupting anyone unless she has a very important addition to the conversation.
She loves to watch others get excited about something and will likely try to help those she likes in any way she can. She is also very skilled when it comes to detecting an individual's emotional state or when they are lying. She will rarely act upon detecting a lie though as she's also very curious as to how it will play out.

Missy is also very honest, in the way that she will answer any question truthfully without thinking unless someone explicitly asked her to keep it a secret. This also means she won't even attempt to hide her emotions, giving a death glare to whoever pisses her off, bursts out laughing during an important meeting and cries shamelessly when watching a sad movie. But she takes extreme care not to blurt out anything that would diminish another person in any way unless they truly made her angry.
In other news, despite wanting to be a reporter/journalist she has zero senses for judging a situation and will rarely take anything truly serious. She also doesn't understand flirting, at all.

"Oh, and there he goes" Missy watched as the lightning-themed superhero got frown through the air like a ragdoll by the hulking monster. "Along with all the fucks I give."

Missy is completely unfamiliar with the (to her) futuristic world she woke up in and is struggling with the feelings of grief and loss that come with the realisation that everyone (except Harold) she knew is dead.
Her motivations, for the time being, are simply to figure out how things work, earn a living and process her emotions. Although she also takes it as an opportunity to leave her superhero duty completely behind and focus on what she truly wants to become, a reporter.

She judges everything on a situational basis, meaning that she isn't as wary of some people as she logically should be.

Everyone deserves a second chance, or a third, or a seventh .....

Missy is the type of person who knows important things that could prevent or solve a problem but won't share them (unless asked) because she's curious about the end result.
She's very honest about her opinions, thoughts and emotions but prefers to remain in the background and observe people.
She's also very bad at hating people or holding a grudge and instead prefers to judge people from moment to moment based on the situation.

In short: she has the energy and curiosity of a puppy but the uncaring mischievous nature of a cat.

doctors can't draw blood or give her transfusions if needed.
Something that isn't indestructible about her body is her blood. Which is why fire would eventually still hurt her as the liquids slowly start to evaporate.
Her nails also aren't completely indestructible (thank the heavens) but do require the same tools as for polishing or cutting a diamond.
They have not yet found a way to cut her hair, but it is getting kind of long and annoying after 8 years.

She doesn't have heightened strength or weight making it entirely possible to drop a building on top of her without hurting her but efficiently immobilizing her.

A combination of old Celtic religions and Scandinavian folklore. She believes in house and nature spirits and stuff but also in the rule of three (all that you do shall be returned times three)

think for yourself, fight for what you believe in, but don't hurt others in the process. Your actions always have a way of getting back to you

live reporter on superhero vs villain fights. due to her impressive skill set and 'I don't care' mentality she is the only person who can get within 10 m without having to fear for her life.

Wild duck, or actually any wild meat. This is far more expensive than other meat but she happily takes on a vegetarian diet in order to eat a good piece of meat once a week/ month.

A simple locket necklace she always wears. it is the last physical memory she has of her family.

6. Many of her friends can be considered fairly dangerous, either because they have strong powers, intimidating connections or because they're technically convicted criminals.


7. Her camera robot is the only one equipped with an automatic language censoring system.

1. There's a drinking game were people watch her life reports in the field and you have to drink every time she uses old-timey slang or an inappropriate swearword.

Harold Termorsand- mind manipulation : archnemesis, they don't really like each other all that much but will have civilised conversations when not fighting. In fact, Missy doesn't even try to arrest him when authorised as she is 99% sure he would be out again the next day.
Lyra Morowdawn- technician : Missy's personal technical support and possibly best friend
T'illa Narut- fire breath : boss and current benefactor to Missy. T'illa requires her reporters to look their best and has both the funds and connections to get Missy her new superhero costume.

she has an unfinished education in media with a master in consumer psychology. Sadly she had to drop everything only months before graduating.

Missy grew up in a relatively rich neighbourhood with her parents and younger sister. at the time, Harold was the boy next door who would frequently hang out at their house, have a sleepover with them, and babysit on her parents' nights out. He stopped hanging out at their place when he moved away for college. It wasn't until she was 18 that she saw him again when he was holding a bunch of people hostage. He didn't recognize her right away and tried to seduce her. which was a mistake as she got really uncomfortable, panicked, screamed, kicked him in the face, and accidentally broke his arm.

She got her powers at the age of 14 due to the explosion. It wasn't until the age of 17 that she became an official superhero. At 22 she had a battle which went down in history as the largest hero vs villain battle of the ages. In the 300 years of her self-caused imprisonment in another dimension, there has never been anyone else to succeed her reputation of the most powerful superhuman. She finds this both hilarious and concerning as she has no actual combat ability or a feeling for strategy.

She's been training as a gymnast since the age of five, giving her the ability and stamina needed to dodge punches and overcome obstacles.

Missy's original hero costume was whatever she had handy she wouldn't mind getting dirty/torn or was easy to replace.
She had to pay for everything herself and being a student her budget wasn't that big.
Doesn't actually know how to fight properly

She prefers relationships with deep bonds and friendships over romantic/sexual relationships.
She's one of the few people who's able to tell when Harold is trying to manipulate someone, is lying or is up to no good
she's incredibly bad with electronics other than robots with AI, Lyra has forbidden her from trying to fix anything electronic by herself.
