None, maybe a little against guys for being jerks but—she's read about the women's rights movements from the 21st century and the way women were treated in all forms of history. She's never been in a relationship but she doesn't want to risk encountering a man like what she's read about. She will always be wary of them.

Holds her head high and doesn't let things affect her. She bites her lip when she is finding her way around a problem, and has to do something with her hands. Itching, snapping, tapping, something.

Making a good life for her family. She will do anything for them.

Pride and ignorance. She doesn't know everything about the world and because she refuses to admit she's wrong--her ignorance and pride can cause her problems.

She is a chaotic mess, she doesn't listen to authority because they don't listen to her. She lives by the rule, "Treat others the way you want to be treated." But she doesn't start the relationship, she just reflects it. She is the PUN QUEEN, she laughs at the stupid things but only really laughs in her head so she does not show weakness. She hopes that others see her as the strong, helpful women she tries to be.

Black, she loved painting and drawing the flaws & shadows in her artwork. It reflected how she saw the society.

She was still in school before she got arrested. After school, she would help out in the market place & steal while she was helping. At the prison she painted and read to keep sane. She'd teach others how to do these things too.

She's 17, she just wants what seems right to her. "I know there are demons in the world, our old gods fought them and died for us. They did not die for the demons to become our world leaders and the most fortunate in our world." -Clarissa's bedtime recital to her siblings to remind them they can try to make a difference.

She lived by the rules until she was 14 and overheard her parents talking about the sacrifices and the way the government worked. When she was 15, her dad passed away of a disease and the family lost a lot of money. Her mom wouldn't be able to provide for all her children with only one small income. So, she set out stealing what she could, sneaking around at night and taking up jobs to help the family out. She got arrested at 16 when she tripped in the market and Mark Fergago's wallet fell out of her hands. In prison, she taught others how to read and paint. She knew her parents couldn't bail her out, they never got the wallet. Her "friend", Casey Zimmerian told the guards that she was planning on escaping, and they suggested her for sacrifice.

She views society from both angles, before her dad was sick she was middle-class and doing fine. Once he hit the hospital, they hit poverty. She feels bad for not looking out and helping those in poverty while she had the chance, and she knows no one is looking out for her family now. In her art: she is the shadow, society the flaws.
