Long, curly at the ends; short (to shoulders) and straight as Halcyon
Light ash blonde; midnight blue (almost black) as Halcyon
5'10

Caucasian

Nature
Automatically assumes all supervillains are bad and all heroes are good; life isn't as black and white as she thinks
Grasps charmed necklace when nervous, or afraid. (It used to belong to her mother and touching it reminds her of her, giving her calm and courage.)
Vengeance for her foster mother; Peace and security for the innocent citizens
Headstrong; impulsive; can be too blunt/insensitive at times; overconfidence
Telekinesis (which includes flight and sensor abilities); very observant and perceptive due to her foster mother Muse's influence, and one of her majors, which is psychology.
People watching; running; sparring/fighting; hanging with her friends (her hectic double life caused her to lose some, so the few that remained and stuck by her are very important to her.)
Independent; fearless, never hesitates; if she starts something she will 100% finish it, can act single-minded at times; very intelligent, which allows her to maintain her hectic lifestyle (double major and superhero), but said lifestyle makes it easy for her to neglect some parts of her life (has lost friends due to this - and of course the secrecy - before), this has made her a little withdrawn.

A reputed research company, Genesis, illegally acquired 50 embryos and injected them (and 50 adults) with the superpower formula. Andrea was one of the few embryos to survive and grow to become children. When she was only a few months old, Genesis was outed for its illegal experiments and disbanded. The nine children were sent to different orphanages in the city, completely unaware of their strange beginnings.
Andrea was two years old when she first started showing her powers; this caught the attention of the older telepathic superhero Muse who adopted her. Muse raised her for 12 years before she met her end in an altercation with a supervillain.
Since then, Andrea made it her mission to find out who killed her mother and avenge her, as well as protect the city as her mother had done before her.

Notes
Costume
Halcyon's costume:
Black romper paired with thigh-high combat boots. Has a matte black flowing cape, with a stylish belt slung low on her hips. The belt has a large embellished purple-colored H, and functions as a hidden pocket for her zip ties and secret superhero phone (for contacting Kaz, and of course, the group chat with other superheroes). Her amethyst necklace always seem to be glowing slightly. Her dark purple mask seems almost black, and covers most of her face, leaving only her nose, mouth, and jaw uncovered.
