Kaiju (Russia)
60,000 metric tons
Height: 110 meters (360.892ft)
Length: 200 meters (656.168ft)
Nature
Seeks out nuclear plants and feeds off their radiation. Will also visit sites of radioactive waste, allowing simple location of illegal dumping sites. Fills living areas with atomic smoke that reacts violently to fire. Unleashes atomic radiation in beam form when angered. Seems to fly only when necessary, such as when path is obstructed by bodies of water.
Survival. Hunger.
Vulnerable to battery attacks. Extensive use of atomic breath causes exhaustion. Due to fossil origins, water weakens it considerably and even causes it pain.
Seems to dislike Raiju; believed to stem from competing for food sources. Avoids entering water if possible.
Damage resistance. Great strength. Oxygen independence. Flight. Radiation empowerment. Radiation aura. Nuclear pulse. Nuclear fallout cloud breath. Atomic breath. Atomic fire.
Mostly concerned with its hunger. Emotionally detached from surroundings until feeding is interrupted or damaged.

History
First emerging from beneath Lake Karachay in Russia, Chernokyl is thought to originally be the fossilized remains of some unknown species of pterosaur, resurrected and transformed by exposure to nuclear waste and radiation. The truth, however, is uncertain; scientists are genuinely baffled as to how Chernokyl is alive. Though his skeletal appearance and unnatural glow would perhaps be enough, they are not the reason Chernokyl is one of Earth's most-feared monsters: deadly radiation constantly emanates from his being, rendering his mere presence a high-level threat. Standard protocol for Chernokyl sightings calls for the immediate evacuation of his potential paths.
Ukrainian officials originally called him "Zmiy"; however, by the time they were prepared to make a statement, a foreigner had spread the name "Chernokyl" on the internet. Much to their chagrin, and despite their best efforts, the "Chernokyl" name proved more popular.
Chernokyl tends to use ranged attacks as compensation for his sluggish land movement. He can breathe neon green atomic flames, emit a flammable cloud of nuclear fallout, and even emit a short-ranged nuclear pulse. The most powerful of his attacks, however, is his "Atomic Ray" - a nuclear blast emitted from his mouth in the form of a long-ranged green beam or spray.
As far as experts can tell, this kaiju is not actively malicious, in fact often appearing to be unaware of his surroundings. He shambles toward destinations, often completely ignoring anything in his path, be it structures or military fire. His sole concern seems to be hunger; unfortunately, Chernokyl feeds strictly on radiation, and particularly favors nuclear plants.
Notes
Black wyvern skeleton with stone-like material filling the gaps in its bones. These gaps, its eyes, and inside of mouth/throat glow neon green when using its powers.
Eyes are pupilless, green. Growing from above cheeks are a pair of devilish horns; horns have a smaller branch on their base and first third of length, with thin membrane connected to horns and their branches. Forelimbs double as a pair of wings, large and powerful, with a long visible claw for a thumb. Legs are reverse jointed, and look strong. Has a spike on each kneecap, and each foot has three clawed digits, plus a dewclaw. Along neck, back, and tail is single row of spines of varying length (think Disney's Maleficent).
Strength: 7
Speed: 4
Armor: 5
Weapon: 9
Mobility: Terrestrial, aerial
