He's extremely out of tune with his spiritual side which hinders him in a lot of old earth techniques that he would have been taught if he hadn't been sent away

He went to the horrible school in the earth village that basically torched them

He grew up protecting Terra even when it cost him getting taken away to the schools of the earth region which trained children to become soilders. They were locked in their rooms most of the time and anytime they weren't they were put through intense training and would get severely and violently punished if they weren't good enough it was just a really horrible place. He managed to keep his sanity by playing guitar any chance he could get without being caught. He learnt to hide all emotion however he did this for so long and during his childhood none the less it effected how he deals with emotions as an adult. When the military started attacking he managed to escape. He met Jack and Lucas and they became friends and stuck together, getting by mostly through stealing from others. Adam got possessed by the spirits and Lucas and Jack were able to help him with the Elders help and after a while Adam left when the military was getting worse and he fled to humanity and hid among them for years before he felt the need to go back to the immense forest that covers quite a large portion of this place as it used to be home to the elemental regions.
