Often doesn't consider the thoughts and feelings of others when speaking or planning.

Fast runner, agile climber, and--strangely enough--very good at parkour. Also excellent at motivating someone to believe that they can do something, although only when their goals don't clash with her plans. Incredibly gifted fire magician.

Climbing trees (back at home), singing (when no one else is around), setting different substances on fire and recording the color of the flames. Used to go for long runs every morning.

Highly competitive, although she'll never admit it. A wild spirit who's entirely sick of being generalized with someone she hates. Cecilia and her brother, Ronan, were raised in a relatively poor family in a tiny village on the outskirts of the Frostbitten Wood. Their life was largely uneventful, with Cecilia failing her classes, setting things on fire ("for science!!"), and leaving a string of broken-hearted boys and girls in her wake. She lived life laughing until the Silver Souls incident.

The testimony of Lannon Roze led to the conviction of one of her cousins, Lilith, as the late high priestess of the demonic Black Temple and a mass murderer. This led to an enormous onslaught against the entire Scarborough family. Everyone knew the family name and immediately connected it with the priestess.

Cecilia and Ronan moved to Khia, looking to disappear in the sea of people. Unfortunately, just after they arrived, the borders closed. It got around that Cecilia was a cousin of Lilith. She and Ronan were hunted along with the silvers for allegedly encouraging the Silver Souls. Cecilia hates Lilith for what she's brought upon their family, and she's desperate to be free of her cousin's ghost.

Cecilia ran into David Pickett one day while running from those who would harm her. He took her to meet the others--Andrea and Antonia--and together, they plotted to escape. It was Cecilia who revealed that Annabelle Wintergreen was, in fact, a silver magician, and set the entire plot into motion.

As they struggled to escape, Cecilia had a fling with David. Eventually, it broke down, and they argued. Cecilia let her temper run too hot. Her recklessness in the heat of the moment led the group to get abducted by Annabelle. Cecilia blames herself for this, although she masks her guilt with anger and laughter.

When she ultimately escaped Khia, Cecilia ended up in a commited relationship with Antonia. Toni is her sole support system, and she taught Cecilia to consider others when thinking.

Dropped out of secondary school in the equivalent of eleventh grade.

NOTE: Lilith is actually her cousin, but they don't have a cousin field, so here we are.

Generally, she wears tight black pants (cloth or leather) and a white shirt, which is generally low-cut and short-sleeved. A fan of heavy boots, either black or brown. Of course, there is her ever-present camo jacket, which she wouldn't be caught dead without. Smudged eyeliner that she always forgets to take off and bright red lipstick for special occasions.
