A long time ago, just when the great war was beginning to surface, Elane, or at the time Arayen, was an accomplished assassin/mercenary. While going against what she believed, she did what she could to avoid her deadbeat husband and keep her children alive. Not too long after, the sorcerer Eternis mercilessly killed her to make her his own creation. His first trail failed when he attempted to take Thyslad with Elane. After that, many, many years went into training Elane to be a brutish and efficient mage killer under Eternis's command. Much time, almost 570 (Airya) years later, she found herself face to face with Desekir and the gang. After a defeat, she joined them, ironically, as a valued member of their group.
