He grew up extremely poor in Michigan. He began inventing stuff. He was always beat up and bullied at school, but his best friend Jason Hallaway would always stand up for him. They were both incredibly smart, but Fredric was smarter, and Jason didn't like that. After they graduated college, Fredric founded Wilkins Tech, and Jason founded M.E.C.H.A. Jason had a daughter named Emerson who was a few years older then Sandra, and they would always play together until one of the other founders of M.E.C.H.A. Chase Ennard, murdered Fredric's brother. The two companies moved to opposite sides of San Diego, and Fredric's wife Helena began a business, where if she got payed millions of dollars, she could use a dead person's DNA to make them into an android. She did this to Emerson as well. After the bus accident which killed Helena, the secret of how the androids were made was passed onto Fredric, who turned Sandra into an android after she got hit and killed by a truck.
