Quickly bonding, Alyosha offered to let her to stay with him, explaining his search to prevent total corruption - Like Alyosha and Eckhart, Kai is also being corrupted, because she self-harms

When Alessio destroys Kaethur/Micky, Kaimana dies as well- in grief, Alyosha gives in to his powers in order to bring her back to life. He succeeds, but his form is destroyed. Kai, not wanting to be a purely mortal being, summons him with Eckhart's help, and becomes his first Child
