Will is the epitome of a perfectionist, and as a result, he pushes himself to unhealthy limits. For example, he is chronically self-deprived because he never knows when to stop working and feels guilty when he needs to take a break. Not to mention, he is very much an over-analyzer/over-thinker.
He needs to feel like he is doing something useful/being useful. Otherwise, he feels restless and upset.
Because he likes to think and plan everything out, it's very hard for him to make decisions on the spot.

Will's constant analyzing and creative nature help him find new and unusual solutions to problems. It also helps him be a better judge of character by seeing through manipulation and connecting the dots between people and events.
