-Frankie's teleportation isn't totally teleportation, its more of a flash step kind of deal, meaning she cannot pass through objects while teleporting, and can be hit if you somehow managed to block her path mid teleport. (which would be very impressive, its insanely fast)
-She is not able to carry living things with her while teleporting, inanimate objects can come with though.
-Frankie's weapon of choice is a sniper rifle that is powered by and shoots her electricity. Firing the rifle saps some of her electricity, and she can choose how much she wants to fire.
-She combats the recoil from her rifle by suddenly flying forwards, counteracting the force of the bolt leaving the gun.
