Akisaja is loyal and stoic member of the Sanctuary. Exiled from her former clan, she came into the Sanctuary offering her services as a fighter. While some of the clans' heads were weary about her, Wowzers gave the final word to let Akisaja join the clan.

In the eyes of the clan, she and Wowzers are quite alike. She doesn't enjoy small talk, doesn't really get involved with others unless needed, and is methodical. There is something, however, that sets the two of them apart.

Akisaja is oftentimes compared to the leader of the Sanctuary, Wowzers. Both are cold and don't speak to others unless they need to. Akisaja in particular has an eye for combat. She likes to critique the form of other dragons, being particularly harsh on mages as she sees magic as a powerful, yet cheap tactic whereas physical combat takes actual skill. She herself is quite a powerful fighter. With her natural ability to read the energy of those around her, she can use those readings to predict her opponent's next move. Combat isn't the only thing Akisaja uses her natural abilities for.

What most dragons fail to see is her cunning and ability to manipulate. By being able to read the energies of others, she can see how they react to things, regardless of whether or not they show it. Her powerful demeanor also helps her take control of dragons with weaker wills.

Akisaja's reputation comes from a place of fear and anger, rather than respect. Her outer temperament is much like her inner one, causing her to push away people who manage to get close to her.

Akisaja believes only the strong are born of Plague and that dragons born of other flights are weak. In particular she despises Nature as she sees it as a flight that coddles its members, a place where dragons are never taught how to defend themselves.

She also believes mages are not true combatants, as they have no physical prowess to back up the power they hold.
