Nature
Because of their exposure to the Void, they have lost any prejudices
Although Lethe's face is missing, they can see, hear, and breathe just fine. They cannot talk, however and are effectively mute.
They are a delightful and polite person
They do not know the concept of personal space, however
Very handsy and touches people without their consent a lot
This is because they have anxiety if something in front of them and they do not know if it is real
They have a strange fascination with Hecate, who usually beats them up if they touch her too much.
N/A

Their lack of speech and sanity makes it difficult to communicate with them
They unknowingly emit an uncomfortable aura whether it be from void exposure or their missing face. When they physically touch people their is a high chance they would be attacked (Just ask Hecate)
They enjoy reading.
Because they have no voice, they have taken up singing. Their condition makes them effectively immune to the harmful effects that singing usually impose on Necrotzen
At times they sit quietly and seemingly meditate.
Lethe is a sweet and polite person who lost their bias about special differences after they saw the eyes of the Faithless One. They exhibit rampant paranoia at random times, but can be easily soothed by touching their hands or their face.

Acolyte
Former Head of Oblivion's Summit
They almost see the Faithless One as a deity of sorts. Whether this is true has yet to be revealed.
History
Lethe used to be the head of Oblivion's Summit an organization in Necrotzen society that specializes in the investigation of the primal magic that was lost to time. During that time, they were a rude and crass person who did not find the Kleiname equal to Necrotzen and devised methods on how to exterminate them. However, in their findings, they fell too deep into a conspiracy about the truth and saw the face of the Faithless One. It's eyes burned a hole into their head and would have burned into their soul too if they were not pulled out of the darkness in time by a good friend. Now they have an empty spot in the middle of the cranial cavity. This also altered their personality drastically.
Lethe was once an aloof, haughty Necrotzen whose only interest was to discover the secrets of their veins, but after this experience, their view on the worlds changed for (debatably) the better. They are now much more sociable and have dropped their prejudices about Kleiname all together now that they see it as unnecessary. They feel that lingering on the past or dreading the future is unnecessary and that time could be better spent being productive in the present. However, their perception has been altered to an extreme point that renders them nearly insane. They believe they see things that are not truly their and hear things no one else can hear. At times, if left alone too long, they will attempt to rip their veins open and peer inside to find the secrets they once sought after. The friend who saved them has to watch over them a lot.
Because of this massive change in personality, Oblivion's Summit agreed that they are unable to be in control anymore and have elected a new leader in their stead. Now, Lethe is merely an acolyte of the void and the only one in their current world who was fortunate enough to glimpse the eyes of the Faithless One.
They were a well respected individual who was known for their advancements and discoveries in Necrotzen magic. They retain that information in their current state, but are not as boastful or prideful of it anymore.
Notes
Lethe's main function in the story as a character is to introduce a major plot point to the whole crew. They represent the turning point in the themes and tone of the story from "Kleiname and Necrotzen don't like each other, but they should to maintain peace and order for the betterment of the world" to "there is an eldritch being existing on the boundary of the world that can come in at any time, but is biding its time before it breaks through so we should REALLY get on that if we don't want Nyartholep knocking on our door."
