Overview
Hylia
The Goddess, Hylia, Goddess of Time, Goddess of Spirit
The Goddess that most of the world worships, Hylia is a compassionate and omnibenevolent being who loves all mortal life. She was given dominion over the land and takes Her job seriously. Although She had been governing the world since time out of mine, She is rather unsure of her identity in light of Her Sisters having established themselves thematically long before Her. She is the only one of Her Sisters to have experienced the world through the eyes of a mortal, and as such, She spends much of her time trying to get them to understand how people think and how they would react to some of their more unsubtle dealings with the world.

Prayer is often as simple as calling out to Her in a moment of solitude at home or by a Goddess Statue, but can also involve making sacrifices to the statues and elaborate ceremonies headed by a priest.
History
Hylia was brought into existence by the Golden Goddesses to watch over the world after they were finished in it's creation. Sometime later, to combat an evil that the Divine sensed, Hylia allowed herself to be born as a mortal to two Hylian parents and fell in love with the first Hero of Legend (Skyward Sword). After the evil was defeated, She and the Hero lived together and had several children, who were the ancestors of all Hylians, before taking her rightful place back in heaven with her Sisters.
