Overview
M-4SD TROTTER Legs (Io)
Modular Drone Legs
A model of Scout Drone legs produced by the late 21st century MegaCorp known as the PentaCore Conglomerate for their SRVU model of Mecharus, modified Drones outfitted with Aborium Node alterations to the Datacore which enables a level of emotional sapience absent in most other Drone models from other corporations.
These legs are known for their ease of use to the common Mech, as special care has been given to make the Trotters more compatible with the Datacore of a SRVU. This is due to a suggestion from a PCC Executive's daughter, who had expressed concern that the Mecharus would have difficulty using these legs.
This suggestion ended up solving a problem inherent in a previous pair of legs designed by the Arceneux Subdivision, which had a high learning curb for the Drones equipped with them, leading to them slipping and struggling with stairs.
Thanks to this, the young girl was given the task of naming all of the parts that composed the SRVU set of Drone parts. Due to her love for bovines and her sense of humor, the daughter would name the legs after the biological term for cow legs.
Due to her decision to back herself up in the Cold Room in response to the Onset Clarity inherent in the final stages of Lethes' Malady, her father made the decision to instate this model as the primary Drone Unit in the Mecharus Containment Centers.
Stats
- If Io kicks hard with these legs, they will hurt. They'll hurt a lot.
This might stun the target long enough to deliver a lethal blow with her other weapons.
