• "XCD" is the designation given to lightweight Mecharus arms made by KERSATZ LLC. Unusually, the "69" in the JESTER Arms' product name is not derived from how many arms KERSATZ LLC has created, but rather the number of preceding versions. Concerningly, this would make the iteration of JESTER Arms used by Aggravator the sixty-ninth version, the only one out of the sixty-eight models in the XCD line that works.

Modular Drone Arms

A pair of lightweight Drone arms created by KERSATZ LLC, a minor corporation with origins tracing back to the 1960s. Their products vary wildly in quality.
Apparently they had been involved in the crippling blow of the Patagonian Workers' Alliance, the main aggressors in the 7th War. This was in large part due to a failure in their mechanical superweapon SUPAY caused by an unfortunate oversight in an engine part commissioned by the Patagonian Workers' Alliance to KERSATZ LLC.
KERSATZ LLC also contributed to the Great Restructuring, the transition point between the societies of antiquity and the new era of the Corporations. They did this through both a slew of terrible products and a series of advanced parts that seemed unnaturally good. Alien almost.
In this particular case, to call the KERSATZ LLC's XCD-69 JESTER Arms good or bad would be a lie.
While its system compatibility with new Drones using the arm is abysmal, its high reflex potential and delicate finger control make it a good tool for anyone that could learn how to use them.
Bizarrely, the owner of these arms has modified them to be even more difficult to handle in exchange for exorbitant amounts of delicate arm control. While this makes movement difficult for the owner, this makes the arm's movement even faster than normal, aggravating his opponents.
