Overview
Vesi
Info
A Celtic Language, heavily influenced by Breton. Its origins stem to Old Vesi, an extinct language, unknown by any living man or woman.
Word Order: VSO
Language Type: Fusional
Script: Ogham
Numeral SYstem: Vigesimal
Airde and Ceo have retained much of the Old Vesi vocabulary and phonetics, thus becoming partially intelligible with the mainland Vesi.
Accini has it's own dialect, Fraestra. It is widely said the Iesu kept his Fraestra accent, and spoke it during his sermons.
Mainland Vesi also have partial mutual intelligibility with each other, but to a lesser extent. A man from Glas Cau and a man from Air Ais could understand each other at a normal pace, but not in a heated argument or in song. However, this is being remedied by the increased connectivity between the mainland cities.
