The survivors Of the Nuclear winter Went ther separate ways. The People who had Ties to the Pure Hawaiian bloodlines made Tribes while Non Purbloods made actual settlements.

Maui: the most Armed Of them Due to them being on Honolulu which had alot Of Military outposts That were built to prevent Korean Invasion
O'ahu: The most Peaceful of the tribes They mainly Survive off Fish and hunting they live on the
Kalawao: The most Violent of the tribes they Mainly want to Unite all of Hawaii under their banner and Destroy all Nonblooded.
Korean remants: A korean Invasion force was Inbound to take Hawaii but the Nukes launch Ended that Quickly Thankfully They landed And made their base in hickam AFB
Pirates : their origin is Unknown but they raid coastal settlements
New Honolulu one of the few City settlements in the wates. NH is made out of a quarter of Old honolulu Its very Well protected.
