Evicans are very resourceful, mostly out of necessity. Everyone knows there are a lot of attacks in Evica, a lot causing the destruction of entire settlements, but nothing is ever done. Since there is no government to protect them, each town has to protect itself, sometimes betraying individual members for the sake of the group. The towns only really interact to trade, not really wanting to risk conflict.
Geography
Evica is quite temperate, only getting cold near the border with Kepia and warm near the border with Draya. There are also areas along Chaterre Lake that get quite humid. The majority of Chaterre Lake is in Evica.
History
Evica used to be an empire, but the Battle of Titania led to the death of their Emperor Nerva Barone. Though they were able to maintain some structure for a couple weeks, the power struggle eventually did them in. Unfortunately, Kepia, Draya, and Fawynne were all too weakened from the Great Divide to absorb the territory, so Evica remains ungoverned.
