The exact description of the Outlaw Camp is pretty inconsistent, as they travel constantly. However, a rough description would be tents of varying quality, boxes everywhere, and a small dirt wall for defense purposes.

The Outlaws don't do currency. They steal from others, but in rare cases they may trade if their Pokémon are too wounded to fight for the item(s) they're stealing.
