Philly Bellers: A small milita faction dedicated to protecting the Liberty bell from destruction. They have plans to find a fix for the bell but havnt found a way to get the required materials. They are based in the Liberty bells resting place

NAR East coast: The NAR are trying to set up a foothold jn Philly. The east coast section is based in independence hall. Nextdoor to the Bellers base but neither side is hostile towards each other. With the help of the Bellers they have made Liberty park into a Fortress and in turn the NAR will give the Bellers what they need for the bell repair when they can.

Artist Gang: A sadistic group they make art out of their victims and to match their nature they base in the Art museum. They go into combat with the NAR alot.

Franklin Cult: a Cult based in the Franklin institute ruins the Franklin cult are a cult dedicated to Saint Benjamin Franklin as they call him. Their Neutral so they dont attack anyone who doesnt attack them first. Its almost customary to make their hair match Bens.

Shofuso Shogunate: A Faction mostly made from remnants of the Philly Japanese population. The Shofuso are based in Shofuso house in Fairmount park. They aren't hostile outside of bandits but are distrustful of the NAR.

New Capone gang. A group set up in the Eastern Penitentiary they are a faction that is trying to rebuild Capones legacy. Even though its been dead since the 1900s. They arnt like sadistic like the artist bandit group but they are known for acting like a Mafia and the fear they strike in people who Owe them. They are enemies of the NAR.

The tomb of the unknown soldier is Guarded by a Android possibly the first Android. Only known as the Unknown guardian. The Android was designed to protect the tomb at all costs. The US govt needed a soldier that could protect the tomb during a invasion so they set up the Android to do that job and the Android will only respond to high ranking officials and to the password Give me Liberty or give me death. So only descendants of old world soldiers can have any effect which very little in the NAR are.

Eastern Pent: the Capones HQ and personal town the town was built out of the penitentiary.

New Liberty: a Town built out of the Liberty park. Its mostly housing the families of the Bellers and 2 families lf NAR personal. But there is people who wanted a safe place living there to.
