Due to it being a founding member of the UN and a Close Us ally China attacked the Phillipines but those who invaded never got to go home due to the bombs dropping only 1 month after Invasion. Thanks to San Carlos being directly hit by a Chinese ICBM and some North korean missiles landing around the island country the land has become a warzone

Rizal Republic: Taking inspiration from A Prewar Phillipine hero the Rizal Republic is a group that wants to rebuild the Phillipines without the involvement of outside lands. While similar to the NAR they have differences like the leader is called a Minister, Willing to ally with anyone that will help and isnt dead set on finding tech from the old world. They are based in outposts cross country. Their leadership is in the Cebu Capitol.

Diyos: While literally just god the Diyos never cared for names and only want to keep Christianity alive in the world they are neutral but spread missionary's. Based in The Quiapo Church .

Dragon Remnants: while alot of Chinese soldiers went their separate ways some believe their mission isnt complete and have continued their war on the Philippines. These Remnants engage anyone who gets in their way. Based in outposts but has a main base in the Sangley Airport.

Isabela Union: A Militaristic faction from the Basil island. Its unknown why they became so Militaristic but they are hostile to the Rizal and Chinese they only have outposts around Manila thanks to their city being so far out from the Capital. They do have. A FOB in the mall though

Intramuros: a settlement that fortified the already existing stone walls and made it a home. With a Mid city in the Santiago fort

Tsina: A settlement mostly founded by the people of chinatown and alot of the AWOL Chinese invaders. They are under protection of their town guard with a little support from the Rizal Republic but its rumoured the Republic doesnt care about the town.
