Once the 4th Most prosperous city in the World. Its now a Smoldering ruin hit by radiation storms. Thankfully due to its distance from Pyongyang it isn't as Inhabitable. Now multiple groups fight for power.

South Korean Ministry: formed from the South Korean Minister of Unification the Ministry is the main Power in the South Korean wasteland. They are known for shooting Deserters but outside of it they believe in a Reunification of Korea and will fight for it till the End. Their Leadership is based in the Gyeongbokgung Palace. Known or just The Palace.

Buddha's Chosen: A Buddhist group still following their old world beliefs some believe them to be people who cant leave the old world behind. But they have taken jn the needful even when their own resources were dwindling. Some of these needful are Chosen and protect the palace with their lives. The Gray Siege for example was the biggest Battle the chosen has taken in when a Powerful bandit group tried to take Their homes riches the Bongeunsa Temple. Half of the chosen would sacrifice themselves to evacuate the monks.

The Plazans: A small group based in the old Plaza . They produce clothing for trade.

New Korea: The offcial name of the North Korean remnants they believe the war never ended and are lead by the mutated sister of the "great leader" They have been fighting since the first nuclear winter ended. They are based in a Fortress Built on the other side of the DMZ No mans Land. And are the first to start building trenches there.

Maskers: A Traveling group that keeps South Korean mask culture alive and well they dont necessarily have a home but they have a Crafter who is based in a building in Insadong

Cherry Radio: Not necessarily a faction but they are a Group that rigged the North Seoul tower to be a radio mast and with the occasional help of Maskers. They provide music. The Tower also has the last Kpop band to exist. The Poppers Housed with them

The DMZ became a literal No mans Land and is covered in craters and trenches the Road that lead through it is the largest Crater in the area.

The Lotte Tower completely collapsed ontop of other buildings causing the formation of the Metal Graveyard next to where it stood

New Hanok: the only Neutral settlement in the Seoul region. They arent allied with the Ministry but do have to follow its laws or face being taken over. The town is built out of Hanok.

The Palace: The Capital settlement of the Ministry. The Palace is Built out of the Gyeongbokgung Palace and is home to mainly Govt officials families. But houses non govt. The Gate is known as one of the most fortified places in the Korean Wasteland.
