NAR: The NAR are trying to access the Salvation Tunnels for prewar technology but bandits and the Tunnelers are making it hard
The Rock Gang: The bandit group who mostly control Rockford has been a huge thorn in the side of the NAR.their based in City hall
Hatters: A Small trader group that produces hats and are based in the Tinker Swiss. They have to pay for "Protection" from the Rock gang
The Swedes: A newer faction trying to turn Rockford into a new "Sweden" while very little swedish lived in the city prewar their descendants still kept their culture alive. Based in New Haight. And are constantly pestered by the Rock gang
Tunnelers: A Isolationist group that are from the Rockford Tunnels. Which thanks to a Prewar Program mostly helped by the Illinois govt and the company responsible for alot of the City Bunkers found across the US called Project Salvation turned the tunnels into a safe Haven for the event of a nuclear war. Now those who got into it became isolationists preventing any who try getting in by use of force their lead by a council of 3.
