Kingdom of Alethia:
A traditional feudal kingdom that has a hierarchy of nobles. Alethians are devoted to their worship of the Sky Maiden, and have the largest temples of any human culture.
Utvir:
An absolute monarchy where the king holds total power. Only men may inherit the kingdom, and they are entitled to a harem as large as they wish - formed out of any and all women the king wishes to have sex with. On the king's death, his many adult sons will fight a huge war for the crown, and whoever wins is mandated to rape then kill the members of the previous harem. They worship the Sky Maiden in a unique manner - see the Utviri Cult.
Isle of Adrisia:
An isolated and practically unknown island nation, and one of the few human cultures that doesn't worship the Sky Maiden. The nation is a theocracy, led by the priestesses of the religion - worship of Sangua. The culture practices what would be considered sexual immorality in a ritualized fashion.
