The Alethian version of Sky Maiden worship.

The Sky Maiden is believed to have created the world, and during the creation was escorting evil itself out of the world in a pail. Droplets spilled from the pail and hit the world below, introducing evil in the form of the Elves to the world - yet also teaching the Sky Maiden that her creation was better when balanced with evil. Her followers use the departure of the Sky Maiden from her creation as the start of their calendar.

The Alethian Cult places emphasis on purity, creation, fertility and balance.

There is at least one temple in every town, and often multiple in cities. The capital cities tend to hold the most grand temples, built in an architectural style of the culture that uses them, but all feature a blessing pool in the center.

The religion only features priestesses, and they must be and remain virgins - but are allowed to use their hands and mouths sexually during blessings. They must also wear sheer garments exposing their nude bodies.

At the beginning of every year, the creation of the world is celebrated. This festival includes blessings of marriages, where couples are to engage in sexual intercourse in a blessing pool with a priestess aiding them, often through using her mouth or hands. The festival also involves the giving of gifts.
