MADI: Hey. It’s me… Um, I’m at Limestone already. I didn’t see your car in the lot. Did you walk? Just… Call me back soon.
BEEP
MADI: The ceremony is starting soon. Where are you? No one has seen you. Call back soon.

MADI: V. You promised. You promised me you’d come. I didn’t want to be alone. The Deans’ are looking at me with pity. I had to leave the room. Where are you?
MADI walks across the stage holding flowers. Gardenia, Cypress, Daffodils. Held in front of her, wedding style.

VALERIE: Hey girl. I’m so sorry I skipped on you. Some stuff came up last minute, couldn’t cancel. Meet me at the park tomorrow, ‘kay? Kisses.

VALERIE stops off centre stage. Crushes flowers in hand, throws off stage, pulls out phone and walks the other direction.
