The neighborhoods are organized in a ring around the royal grounds with the wealthiest being the closest to the moat.
Culture
There are strict regulations on who can enter what neighborhood, or ring. These prevent to lower class from having access to the knowledge contained in the library on the castle grounds.

History
Finnedell was founded by Lanora Josephet, the first queen of Spring. After the banishment of the gods, Lanora was declared ruler of the Spring folk. Her homestead became Spring's capital, and she dictated Spring's repairs from there. After a while, pride seeped into her heart, and she declared that this homestead was not worthy of a queen. She ordered the construction of Finnedell, but did not live long enough to see its construction finished. The project was carried on by her son, King Philip, and finished under his son, King Mandrake.

Sustainability
Finnedell sits on the edge of the Lanorian sea and is known for it's fishing community. Other than that, most of there livestock, crops, and medicinal herbs are shipped in from Fall.
