So this is in the future because I felt like it. It's a Dystopian society (because dystopias are great) where every aspect of your life is controlled by the Government, literally called G.O.V. Everyone refers to them as Gov. They have planned out your life since before you were born. They planned out what you looked like, what day you would be born on, how long you would live, what job you would do when you got older, who you married, if you had children, etc. In this dystopian society, my character (Cassandre) is beginning to wake up to the Gov's brainwashing and wants to have a life of his own, of his own choice. That's where your character comes in, they're a runaway, hiding from the Gov who knows their secret and exposes it to Cassandre.

Personality: Kind-hearted and caring with a good sense of humor. But he holds his own emotions inside.
Background: Mom died of cancer when he was 9, Dad left him and his brother with grandparents for a year after that before coming back and being an abusive alcoholic. He and his brother (Cooper Anderson) don't talk very much anymore.

When you click on the character and it brings you to the page and everything, there should be a button that looks like those share buttons you'll see everywhere and stuff. Click it and it will allow you to change the privacy settings on the character.

Cassandre Alistair trenched up the stairs to his apartment, closing his rain-drenched umbrella which had done little to protect him the from the freezing rain pouring from the sky. Droplets of water fell from his hair which was sticking to his face, and his clothes were soaking wet. He ignored the wetness and began fishing his keys out of his pockets once he got to his apartment door. He had just returned from the Facility, one of the schooling areas in the city. Facilities were assigned to every sector, where the Gov mercilessly observed them.

Darren was tired both physically and mentally. Overall he was just tired of running, he needed to rest, somewhere to take a break, but where? The rain poured down on him as he walked the streets where tall buildings hovered above. He put his hood up and his head down so no one would notice him.

He cursed under his breath when he realized he must've dropped his keys and immediately bit down on his tongue, remembering the strict rules against cursing. He kept himself from cursing again from the pain and began jogging downstairs, recounting his steps as he tried to find his keys. He eventually ended up outside, studying the sidewalk when he bumped into a hooded figure.

Darren stumbled back, keeping his head down and his face out of sight, "Sorry," his words were quiet.

"What…?" Alistair mumbled, looking up at the stranger. "Did you say something?"
