"We're getting married," she whispered, running her fingers through his hair.

"I know…" He smiled.
(I have a plan for him to like drop his facade that he has.. But I don't know how to execute it well…)

"We're really getting married, Vozzie." She kissed him.

(Well, in his true form, he still has Crimson eyes, but they're assuring, not scary. And that he's more the peacemaker than the chaos maker. And he's more humble. Also, he has a halo above his head and his smile is natural.)
"I know, Nyx. It's actually happening!"

(When she kisses him after they say "I do")
"It's actually happening," she laughed, hugging him. "There's so much to do… I can hardly wait…"

"Estimating the cost is gonna be an bleedin' doozie!" He joked

She prodded his chest gently. "Translation."

"¡Estimar el costo va a ser un desastre!" He translated

"English, Voz."

He laughed.
"It's gonna be hard as balls." He said, chuckling

"Phoenix can help pay. She's a government agent, after all."

"It's going to happen at the Celestial Council. You literally cannot pay in human currency."

"What's the Celestial Council?"

"The Celestial Council of Souls and Immortals, or The Celestial Council, is basically a bureaucracy. It deals with Souls and Immortals such as myself."

"So we're having it… where they meet?"

"Think of where we're having it as a beach." He stated.
"It's hard to explain… But they're the ones who decided that I was guilty. But they didn't deal the punishment out."

"Guilty? You mean when you… fell?"

He simply nodded.
"I've served my sentence since."

He trembled, but shook his affirmative confidently.

Nyx wrapped her arms around him tightly. "I'm sorry, I shouldn't have asked. I've got you."

"Thanks…" He said, brushing her hair from her cheek

"I'll always protect you, and you won't have to go back ever again," she promised.

"I won't ever go back. I've a free man now."

"No, you're not." She smiled, though she knew he couldn't see it in the dark. "You've got me."

"True…" He said, smirking

She kissed him sleepily. "We should go to sleep now…"

"Yeah… That crash made me exhausted.."

"Yeah." She snuggled against him and fell asleep.

He fell asleep too.
