No idea what to call this (anyone can join) (FINISHED)

"My back?" She turned around, and, spotting the scars, covered them up again. "Nothing."

"Okay…" He went out with her

She leaned into him and watched the snow fall, humming a song.

He made a snowball

Nyx watched. "You really want to know the truth about my scars?"

"Indeedy. but only if you're okay with telling me."

"C'mere." She stretched out a hand.

He grabbed her hand

Nyx flinched and let go. "That's cold!"

He didn't have the snowball in that hand

(I thought snowballs took both hands. Or is that just me being strange? XD)
"Here." She rubbed his hand with both of hers to warm it up, then moved his hand to her back, tucking his fingers into the waistband of her jeggings. At the base of her tailbone, there was a horizontal, fleshy ridge, covered by the rough skin of a scar. "That's my worst one. That's where they cut my tail off."

(He has big hands… and you know what they say about big hands… that they have big gloves.)
"You had a tail?!"

"…Yeah." She closed her eyes. "They cut it off when I was little."

"Ouch… I mean… I have wings, but they're not cut off…"

"Wings?" She turned to him, eyes wide.

"Yeah…" He said, spreading his 20 ft long, 12 ft wide, black angelic yet demonic wings. They looked majestic.

Nyx's eyes almost popped out of her head. "Your name wouldn't happen to be Three, would it?"

"You know my name. Vozreal."

"You like them?"

"I was making a joke." She aimed a punch at his stomach, but she was focused on the wings and missed, hitting him in the thigh.

"I asked if you liked them."

"I love them." She pulled his hand out of her waistband and stepped closer. "Do you… mind if I touch them?"

"Sure, you can touch them."

Reaching her fingers out, she tentatively stroked the side of one.

It snuzzled into her hand

Nyx laughed and, standing on tiptoe, rubbed her hands along the top ridge of one. "Oh, they're beautiful."

"Thank you."

She smiled, mischief sparking in her eyes. "I think you might've liked my tail, too."

"Yeah…"

"What?" She peered up into his eyes. "I was joking, you know. I hated that thing anyway."
