"Yeah, that's her."

"I don't know what you were talking about her being prettier."

"Well, she is."

"I don't think so…"

Nyx laughed softly. To her, at least, Phoenix, glossy-blue-haired Phoenix, with her eyes like cut limes and her curves and her powers, who had always drawn the eye of men (and women) alike, was the prettier one. Not Nyx, who dyed her thin hair black and had no curves, not Nyx with her bracelet-hidden spurs, not Nyx with her teal eyes and her platypus DNA. Nyx had never gotten attention like Phoenix did.

He kissed her

Nyx blushed pink to the tips of her fingers and kissed him back.

Nyx eventually broke the kiss and laced her fingers around the back of his neck, whispering, "Vozreal?"

"Yes?" He asked

"Do you think I'm more beautiful than Phoenix?" she whispered.

"Yes. And you always will be."

"Really?"

"Yes." He stated simply

She smiled and kissed him.

He kissed back

She leaned into him and wrapped her arms around his neck.

He made out with her passionately

It eventually ended up with them snuggling on the couch.
