"My daughter is there too, in case you haven't noticed. And you could've at least warn me."
(HYDRA)
She obeyed, falling silent at once.
(SHIELD)
"It didnt seem like you cared five minutes ago. "
(HYDRA)
Jackson clenches his fist over her wound
(S.H.I.E.L.D.)
Maria looked away. "I care about Kate more than anything," she said softly.
(HYDRA)
Kate gritted her teeth but made no other movement.
(SHIELD)
"Then why did I have to convince you?"
(HYDRA)
"It's ok. Just hang in there." He hisses.
(S.H.I.E.L.D.)
She looked over at him again. "You want to know why? Disobeying orders from the Director can get me fired, Clint. And it's not that I'm worried about my job, I'm worried about Kate. She loves working at S.H.I.E.L.D., and I would be an awful mother to take that away from her.
(HYDRA)
"Is it still blue?" she murmured.
(SHIELD)
Clint was silent and just drove the aircraft
(HYDRA)
"What? Yeah. Yes it is."
(S.H.I.E.L.D.)
"Is that a satisfactory enough answer for you?" she asked, spinning her gun around her finger.
(HYDRA)
Kate wrinkled her eyebrows worriedly. "It should be green again if they replied…"
(SHIELD)
"I guess." He shrugs
(HYDRA)
"Its not green. Just blue. " Jackson's hand was sticky with her blood as he types in a few things, "Yeah nothing."
(S.H.I.E.L.D.)
She pressed her lips together. "How close are we?"
(HYDRA)
Kate closed her eyes and whispered, "Mom, where are you?"
(SHIELD)
"Not far. This thing goes faster then expected."
(HYDRA)
Jackson looks back at her and holds her closer to him, "It's going to be ok. I'm sure they are on their way."
(S.H.I.E.L.D.)
She nodded silently.
(HYDRA)
She tried to breathe steadily.
(SHIELD) (One hour later)
"Alright. This jer is fast. Opening the hatch." Clint says, flipping a few switches has as they land, "Careful of the ice."
(HYDRA)
Jackson was bent double over Kate. He was swaying slightly from exhaustion
(S.H.I.E.L.D.)
Maria paced quickly to the end of the hatch. "I'll be fine," she called over her shoulder.
(HYDRA)
"Are you okay?" she asked softly.
(SHIELD)
"It was a joke!" He powers off the machine and follows her.
(HYDRA)
He looks up at her and shakes his head, "no… I'm exhausted… I'm hangry."
(S.H.I.E.L.D.)
Maria hurried across the snow-covered ground, coming to the open door Kate and Jackson had used.
(HYDRA)
Footsteps could be heard outside in the hall. (Not Clint and Maria yet)
(SHIELD)
Clint loads an arrow and leads the way inside. He was slightly crouched in a fighting position.
(HYDRA)
Jackson looks up at the sound of footsteps outside the door.
(S.H.I.E.L.D.)
Maria entered behind him, her gun raised and ready to fire.
(HYDRA)
Kate smiled painfully. "Are they here?" she whispered.
(SHIELD)
Clint raises his bow as he navigates through the hallways.
(HYDRA)
"Im-Im not sure…" Jackson doesn't move.
(S.H.I.E.L.D.)
"Should we split up to look for them?" she hissed, following Clint's lead.
(HYDRA)
The footsteps stopped outside the door to the control room. A man entered the room and saw them. "Hey! What are you doing here?!"
(SHIELD)
"I dunno…" clint stands straight, ""Its so quiet…"
(HYDRA)
Jackson's head jerks up and he stands, raising his gun, "Stay right there!" His voice shook
(S.H.I.E.L.D.)
She nodded and narrowed her eyes. "If you ask me, it's too quiet…"
(HYDRA)
The man didn't wear the standard dress of a HYDRA soldier. He wore a plain grey jumpsuit with no markings. The HYDRA patch, however, was sewn on his shoulder.
Kate coughed.
(SHIELD)
"I just said that."
(HYDRA)
"Who are you?! Drop your weapons!"
(S.H.I.E.L.D.)
Maria sniffed. "What do you know, that's called agreeing." (I love this so much rn… it's too funny!)
(HYDRA)
He held up his hands. "I don't have any weapons!"
(SHIELD)

Clint snarls at her, "You are annoying. "
(HYDRA)
"Who are you?!!"
(S.H.I.E.L.D.)
"I could say the same about you. Save it, we're trying to find our children, remember?"
(HYDRA)
"Doctor Louis Martin!" he answered quickly. "Please don't shoot me…"
Kate narrowed her eyes. "That's a French name."
(SHIELD)
"Says the lady who cared too much about her job to find her daughter. " Clint hisses under his breath.
(HYDRA)
"French? Who the hell… " His knees shook but his bow was steady
(S.H.I.E.L.D.)
Maria shot him a brief glare. "Let's focus."
(HYDRA)
The doctor looked slightly relieved. "Yes, I am French."
(SHIELD)
Clint wanted to snap a witty retort but slammed his jaw shut
(HYDRA)
"Then why in the hell are you wearing a HYDRA uniform?"
(S.H.I.E.L.D.) <– Why are we still calling it this, they aren't at S.H.I.E.L.D. anymore, lol
"Wait," she said suddenly, freezing mid-step. "I hear something…"
(HYDRA)
"I'll answer you if you tell me who you are and why she's bleeding," he replied, looking at Kate briefly.
"I'm Kate Hill," she said faintly. "I was shot by a HYDRA soldier." Her eyes looked up at Jackson. "Answer."

Clint stops abruptly at that, raising his bow.
"Jackson Barton." He snarls back, dropping his bow slightly
