Finally, she pulled back just enough to look up at him. Her eyes were red and her nose was still a bit runny.

Amyntas looks at her, then offers a tissue.
She huffed a small laugh as she took the tissue.

Amyntas sighs and kisses her forehead.
Ariella blushed and looked down at the soft gestured. She hadn't been expecting that.

Amyntas stays quiet for a bit, then mumbles, “thank you…”
"For what?" Ariella looked up at him, smiling.

“For…attempting to take care of me…”
Ariella smiled more. "You dint have to think me for that. Someone needs to take care of you."

He shakes his head, “No…they don’t.”
"Yes you do." She nodded. She bummed her nose against his.

He sighs, “I’m not a child…”
"No you're not. But that doesn't mean no one can look after you."

He sighs, “Yeah…it does mean that…”
"No it doesn't. You aren't expected ti be able to do everything on your own. Sometimes you still need to lean on and depend on other people."

Amyntas scoffs, “No that just means that I’m being selfish.”
Ariella shook her head. "No it doesn't. No one is expected to be able to do everything by themselves all the time."

She sighed and leaned back on her hands.

Amyntas looks out the window, then sets his hands in his lap.
Ariella looked up at him, smiling slightly at him.

He doesn’t smile back. He sighs and looks down at his hands.
She placed a hand on his. "Hey its okay. We're okay."

He stays quiet, staring at their hands.
She squeezed his hand softly.

Amyntas sighs, biting his lip.
"Whats up?" She asked.
