Nikki laughed as well and shook her head rolling her eyes when the girl disappeared
"Dear god help me"
Jess's faint reply can be heard: "God can't help us! We killed him and taught him Solar Beam!"

"Holy shit I'm shopping with a psychopath.. "
"Love you too!" Jess's faint sarcastic reply can be heard before she kinda just gets consumed entirely by the shoe store.

nikki goes to were the girl's voice could be heard but she wasn't there anymore she groaned and called out "jess!?"
"Polo!" Jess's snickered reply can be heard, somewhere off to the left now.

"girl this isn't funny were are you?'' she made her way over to the left but she wast there either
"In the store, obviously." Jess laughs, now three rows to the right.

" no fucking shit-" she rolled her eyes and romed around before walking up to one of the rows and she saw jess facing away from her and she walks up behind her carefully before grabbing her " hey uh I think I found you sweetness.."
Jess chuckles, not bothering to move.
"Good job dear, now help me get that pair of shoes down. I'm short." she says, pointing to a pair 3 shelves up and 4 shoes away from the edge.

nikki smiled and shook her head "alright fine" she lett go of jess and reached her arm out to grab the box of shoes and hands it to her "there happy?"
Jess nods, grinning.
"I am, thanks for asking!" she replies, sitting down and taking off her shoes, trying on the ones she'd had Nikki pull down.
"Oh god, these are so comfortable." she whines.

Nikki chuckled and shook her head "they can't be that comfortable.. "
"They are!" Jess giggles, kicking her feet up and down.

"And exactly how much are they? '
"More than I can afford, obviously, but a girl can hope." Jess sighs.

"Yeah but how much? " she asked crossing her arms as she looked down at the girl
Jess looks up at Nikki as it dawns on her.
"You aren't thinking about buying them, are you?"
ac_unit
"What? No, no I'm not I'm just curious. "
Jess looks at the price tag and wheezes.
"$200 for these? Jesus Christ, that's as much as I pay for electricity every month."

Nikki looked over at the girl and the box and sighed 'yeah.. I wouldn't have been able to buy these for her even if I wanted too…'
Jess sighs dramatically, but good-naturedly, as she puts the shoes back in the box.
"Put them back up there for me, would you?"

Nikki nodded and grabbed the box before sliding it into the shelf "yep sure"
Jess pauses, then stands up on her tiptoes to reach the row right below the one she'd had Nikki reach up to, grabbing a pair of shoes that catches her eye.
She tries them on and winces.
"These are already slicing my ankles open and I just put them on." she huffs, pulling them off and putting them back in the box, putting them back on the shelf.

Nikki laughs a little bit and shakes her head "that's what happens when you wear heels. "
"Oh shut it." Jess laughs.
For the next 10 minutes, she pulls down shoes and tries them on, squealing in delight with some of them or wincing in clear disgust at others.

"Make me~" she said jokingly taking notice of the shoes Jess did and didn't like
"I'd have to take you to dinner first, dear." Jess grins.
Most of the shoes were boots and flats, but there were a couple special instances where Jess liked a pair of heels.

She smirked and leaned up against one of the shelves
"And what if I took you to dinner? What would you say to that?"
Jess jumps up, laughing up at Nikki.
"I'd say it's a date either way."
